Shinragod Theatrhythm

Been playing a lot of Final Fantasy Theatrhythm lately. It's quite addictive; especially if you're a huge fan of Final Fantasy music. (Which I am.) however, I tend to be prejudiced and only seem to like the scores from 1-10. Most all other scores afterwards sound fairly generic; but there are a few examples of very great music from later titles. (Ronafure from XI being among my all time faves.)
The game can also be extremely challenging; especially when trying the 'Ultimate Scores.' J-E-N-O-V-A on Ultimate is a f**king nightmare to master.

Well another aspect of the game I like is how they use unique chibi versions of the FF characters. For the most part they are in essence chibi; but wit ha unique paper doll look and feel to them. They have no pupils in their eyes, outlines are scant, and the feet and hands are small as opposed to the relatively large head which always shows cheek blush. Doesn't matter if you're someone like Sephiroth; if you're a playable character in this game you always have cheek blush. XD

So I took that technique and applied it to four of my main characters. I consider them my 'Main Four' since they originated from four different fandoms I have been over the past few years. And they prove to be among my most popular characters in those particular fandoms at some point.
Shen Lo Ken originated from Crash Bandicoot fandom of all places. I know he's a fox, but he ended up near Wumpa Island after exiling himself from Japan.
Sin came from my Ratchet and Clank fandom. At one point he was my most popular OC. But ever since I stopped R&C fandom (for a while....) that has since been surpassed by Lady Malmsteen.
Mai Ling is from my Sly Cooper fandom. She won my first Queen of Summer and I have changed her story around a lot. (Like many of my Sly fan characters.)
Lady Malmsteen of course is from my TUFF Puppy fandom. She currently is my best known character and the story involving her is yet to be made. In due time people.

The main four here are celebrating. It's the same way Final Fantasy characters celebrate when completing a song in the game and levelling up. They say random quotes (I think there are four different ones tops...) each pertaining to that character.
For Shen, his remains true to his heritage. although he started out as a naturally born anthro; since it's Crash fandom I decided to change his back story to him and his brother being created by a female scientist named Dr. K. Roki. (Who specialized in karate as well.)
For Sin, he's basically telling people to get out of his way. A pyromaniac lombax who was once a terrorist fighting for a cause implanted into his head by his foster dad.
For Mai Ling, hers is a positive message true to her nature of self-improvement. Being partial to Taoist philosophy, she believe that everyone has a center and place in their world and must remain true to their inner self to find it.
And lastly, Lady Malmsteen simply says: "Oh, how lovely." Most likely in a nonchalant voice as if she was talking down to someone. Her compliments can be just as scathing as her scathing criticisms sometimes. XD

It's like I took two of my males characters and two of my female characters; and placed them left to right from good to bad. Shen is a good guy while Sin is a villain. Same with Mai Ling and Lady Malmsteen. although villain is what they usually start off as; hey become more or less anti-heroes in the end. XD

I recommend the game for FF fans and lovers of music who want good use out of their 3DS stylus. Be warned though; on harder challenges the game can pull some real 'dick moves' and rotate the directional buttons. The worst however are those consecutive bursts where you have to hold the stylus down and take it off once it reaches the end of that burst. There can be more than eight to ten of these short ones in a row, and with directional pads at the end. your reflexes have to be god-like to get these right.
