New Hive of Scum and Villany

When you have a current liking to a certain show/movie/game/anime or any particular series: if you are anything like me you may have your own ideas for it.
And if you unfortunately are anything like me your mind works overtime and cause you to conjure up even more ideas: when it would have been safer and more productive just to stick to one.
So if an excessive amount of ideas demands attention, it's best to get them out of your system as soon as possible so they don't consistently swarm your brain and become part of your life: it can get pretty unhealthy. XD

Now I like TUFF Puppy don't get me wrong. But I never want to constantly dwell on it. So in order to release these ideas: I needed to have them collected onto one piece. This is a piece dedicated to all of my TUFF villains I came up with. A maximum of three main villains along with eight hench women. Only one of these villains would be a regular. Most of these guys are "One Episode" characters who serve as primary work for Agents Puppy and Katswell in their missions.

KING HISSAN The green cobra wearing the red shawl and holding a golden chalice in his tail is King Hissan. As king of a Middle Eastern nation I have not yet decided on (given the show's settings usually involve parodies of places) he is one of the world's most influential leaders in the price, stock and production of fuel. However, he himself wants more power and has decided to create his own new type of fuel that could drive his competitors out of business. He won't stop until he is the top fuel baron in the world, thus making him the richest. As if that weren't enough, he sells his fuels to bad guys around the world to power anything diabolical they create.
More so, he is also very corrupt. the people who live under him are generally poor and he is also notorious for keeping harems of slave girls.
The whole concept sounds very serious...and if truth be told...extremely political. Too much so for the show's level of humor.
However when I jot ideas down in their initial forms, I make sure they retain the show's level of humor as well as the comedic action. Just because I describe something very serious doesn't mean I'm elaborating on it. Visually, it can be simplified and made less dramatic.
I also use the world 'Fuel' rather than 'Oil' to ease the political tenseness of this idea.
King Hissan is a new character I made. Dudley and Kitty are supposed to stop his fuel project. I made him cause I like the idea of Dudley and Kitty going on a mission that takes them to a Middle Eastern nation. (Not war-torn of course. Just for the exotic feel of it.)

LADY ELIZABETH TEPES MALMSTEEN This is the female vampire bat character I made who rules 'Petsylvania': essentially the world's largest 'Pet Cemetery.' As both a tribute to both Transylvania and Halloween Town, Lady Elizabeth Malmsteen is the vain queen of it all and has been so for at least 400 years. She did not always look attractive. When she was younger she was actually quite ugly. It was not until she got a hold of a crystal that drained the essence from other women that she discovered a way to make herself look attractive and desirable. This crystal gave her a taste for essence and she abandoned the ways and habits of vampires: giving up blood in the process. Many bad guys (and maybe even girls) have tried to win her affection. Aware of her allure, she seems to be more infatuated with herself than anyone else could. Her tastes for any suitable mate lie more within the 'Sparkly Vampire' area.
She has a swarm of vampire bat minions who do her bidding. But she treats them as if they were her own children. Their behavior is somewhat modeled after the behavior and gibberish spoken from the minions of 'Despicable Me.' In fact it wasn't intended, but lookit that little bat on the bottom right of her. His eyes are gazing up at a part of Malmsteen that probably explains why he's smiling. ("Boobies!!") XD XD
Selfish, vain, and somewhat childish: Lady Malmsteen is the only villain here who could be a regular. Although draining essence to remain young is her primary goal in life, her horror and vampire themed settings and escapades could expand more into other territory.

GENERAL BLITZ If ever an ultimate bad guy I created for my only little TUFF universe, this is it. The military fanatic and lunatic: a bulldog named General Blitz. All these guys start off bad somewhere. He was kicked out for being too cruel to everybody in the service. Years later he reemerges with his own organization, complete with commando type agents he calls "His Angels." The Angels are eight different species of canine girl he found from eight different areas pf the world. Each is was given a special chip implanted in their bodies to control various elements of the Earth. Blitz himself has an element as well. He overtakes Petropolis and makes it the center of his plans to slowly take over the world turning into the the 'World Order' he sees fit. His world Order involves citizens being extremely orderly, disciplined and obeying him without question.
Like the King Hissan idea this sounds very serious. But looking at his Angels, you can tell I still didn't want to make this as serious as it sounded. Even with an idea like this it can still have humor attached to it.
For one thing: he may just be a fruit loop in the end. After all, any man who has eight girls as his fighting force dressed like 'Power Ranger rejects', giving them silly 'Mega Man' like code names listed above, and basing their abilities on 'Organization XIII' logic clearly hasn't found his marbles yet.
Of course his brute showing of strength is what it takes to get people to believe him as a threat.
Each angel you notice has a different species of canine, hair style and personality. The blond Vixen for example seems the more playful or maybe naive type. Oh good: the team's Demyx is here. XD
But even Blitz demands their respect. It's hard writing for this cause of these things I see:
A: It's not funny if Blitz would scream or do harm to any of these girls.
B: Given they're an all pretty girl fighting force: Blitz may not only be a nut....but also a bit pf a pervert.
You might notice this idea seems stemmed from M. Bison and his 'Doll Agents' from the Street Fighter series. Same concept indeed.

As you can see these ideas were buzzing in my head and i had to let them out. Some seem simple. Others too complex. And most: extremely ambitious.

Lady Malmsteen seems the one I would like working with the most. Maybe someday I'll expand on these other ideas. But for now my brain needs resting and I just needed to release what was in my head.

If anything, I came up with some interesting designs. So there's always that. ;-D

And no matter the plot or villain; it's in my best interest to keep them within TUFF Puppy's level of humor and not take anything too seriously at all. That's not what the show is about. And I like to keep it that way.
